이 의회의 역할

하와이 주 재활 위원회는 장애인을 위한 고용 중심 서비스를 제공하는 복지부 내 직업 재활 부서(DVR)에 조언하고 모니터링합니다. 위원회는 직업 재활을 위한 DVR의 주 계획을 검토하고, 프로그램 성과를 평가하며, 하와이 장애인들이 경쟁력 있는 통합 취업을 달성하는 데 도움이 되는 서비스 개선을 권장합니다. 여기에는 장애인 대표, 가족, 고용주 및 재활 전문가가 포함됩니다.

취업 지원을 원하는 장애가 있는 하와이 주민은 이 위원회의 감독 및 옹호를 통해 형성된 DVR 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 장애인, 가족, 장애인을 고용하는 고용주는 협의회에 참여하여 주 전역의 재활 서비스를 개선할 수 있습니다.
