The Hawaii State Center for Nursing (HSCN) Advisory Board is holding its regular meeting on Saturday, August 16, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Campus Center Executive Dining Room. This is an in-person only meeting — no remote participation will be available.

Welcome and introductions of board members, staff, and guests
Opening reflections on the board's role and recognition of members
A year-in-review presentation covering HSCN activities during Fiscal Year 2025–2026, including nursing workforce data, education programs, professional development, and leadership initiatives
Discussion of priorities and goals for Fiscal Year 2026–2027
Identification of emerging issues related to Hawaiʻi's nursing workforce for future meetings
Announcements of upcoming HSCN events

Vote to approve meeting minutes from the previous board meeting held on May 5, 2026

Members of the public may attend in person and provide testimony. Written testimony can be submitted by email to HSCFN@hawaii.edu before the meeting. The next board meeting is scheduled for November 3, 2026.
