• Reviewing and updating the OWDB's local workforce plan — specifically, the board will discuss changes that need to be made to its local plan under the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). These updates are required because the State of Hawaii recently revised its own statewide workforce plan, and the local plan must be brought in line with those changes.
