Traffic Signal Optimization Study Wrap-Up: City Department of Transportation Services staff and consultants will present the final results of a study on improving traffic signal timing across Oahu. The study produced a detailed computer model that simulates real traffic conditions island-wide, helping planners evaluate how road changes might affect congestion now and in the near future.
Introduction from Oahu Transit Riders (OTR): A grassroots advocacy group called Oʻahu Transit Riders will introduce themselves and explain their work to represent everyday users of TheBus, Skyline rail, and Biki bike share.
